Chest pain..Angina or Asthma?

Im 24yrs old(female) with a history of DVT PE. I've been having left chest pain, feeling dizzy/light headed when I stand up, random shots of pain in my neck. I'm ALWAYS tired! All hurts worse after running around playing with my daughter. Pain in ......my arms sometimes. My local small town doctors here just listen to my chest and push me away and say "you probally just have asthma". I know somethings wrong with me, this is not normal :( I don't know if this is related but lastnight I got a severe migraine, still have it this morning when I woke up. Please help! I don't want to go to ER and be pushed away with asthma again
