I fell & hurt my knee over a month ago. Had all the tests everything negative. Dr says there is artritis on my?

knee. He was concerned because my leg was swollen. Did Ultra sound to R/O DVT. It to was negative. Im still in a lot of pain & my leg is even bigger than i was before. The edema seems to be going into the other leg as well. What could this be?
