Any answers about dvt?

I was at the dr a week ago. Had a full workup EKG xray and d dimer test. All fine two days after the hospital I started getting this burning pain down the front and side and back. It moves to different areas. And comes and goes. I did go jogging the day after the hospital and I never jog. I also went dancing two nights ago. Could it be a clot? The pain hasn't gotten worse just the same. I have no risk factors no swelling or redness just burning. What could this be? I've had ultrasounds on my leg before and it has never been a clot before... any idea??
